OCD & Anxiety Disorders

If OCD or anxiety is running your life, this is where I do my deepest work. I use ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) — the most well-researched, effective treatment available for OCD — alongside CBT and ACT depending on what each client needs.

OCD — all subtypes, including harm, contamination, relationship, and pure O
Panic disorder
Social anxiety
Generalized anxiety
Body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs)

Couples Therapy

Relationships don't fall apart all at once — they erode slowly, in patterns that are hard to see from the inside. I use the Gottman Method to help couples understand those patterns, rebuild communication, and decide intentionally where they want to go.

Individual Therapy — Adolescents (12+)

Anxiety and OCD often show up early. I work with teenagers using the same evidence-based approaches I use with adults, adjusted for where they actually are developmentally.


I take a limited number of adolescent clients. Reach out to discuss current availability.

First Session

We slow down and actually talk. I want to understand what's bringing you in, what you've already tried, and what you're hoping is possible. There's no pressure to have it figured out — most people don't when they start.

Ongoing Sessions

Sessions are 50 minutes. I'll bring structure and evidence-based tools — you bring honesty about what's working and what isn't. Change happens in your life, not just in the hour we're together.

Telehealth

All sessions are held virtually via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. You can work with me from anywhere in Colorado.
